Some properties just need everything done at once. New construction homes are a perfect example - the house looks great, but the yard is still raw and unfinished. That's exactly what we were working with here. No curb appeal, no defined entry, nothing tying the home to the land around it.
We handled the full scope on this one. That meant designing and installing the landscape beds along the front of the home, laying a sweeping concrete walkway from the driveway to the front steps, and finishing out the driveway with gravel. Every piece was planned to work together, not just as individual checklist items.
For the landscape beds, we went with a clean rock ground cover paired with low-growing shrubs spaced out evenly across the front. It's a low-maintenance setup that looks intentional and sharp. The plants are young right now, but the design gives them room to fill in naturally over time without overcrowding.
The concrete walkway is one of those details that makes a bigger difference than most people expect. A well-poured, properly curved walk does two things - it guides people to the front door and it frames the landscaping on either side. Pair that with a finished gravel driveway and the whole property reads as complete and cared for.
This is the kind of work we genuinely enjoy. It's not just mowing and trimming - it's building something from the ground up and watching a property come together as a whole. When every element is planned as part of one cohesive design, the finished result shows it.
