This is the kind of work that makes a house look like someone actually cares about it. Fresh black mulch, crisp bed edges, and trimmed shrubs pulled together into a clean, polished front yard. That combination does more for curb appeal than almost anything else you can do.

What we were working with here was a well-established foundation bed with some great bones - ornamental trees, established shrubs, and perennials already coming up strong. The bed just needed some attention. Old mulch broken down, edges gone soft, a few shrubs that had lost their shape over the winter months.

We came in, re-edged the entire bed to get that sharp separation between lawn and landscape, laid down fresh dark mulch throughout, and cleaned up the shrubs so everything had a defined shape again. The spring bulbs - grape hyacinths and daffodils - were already popping up, and with the bed freshened around them, they really stand out now.

The detail work is what separates a landscape that looks cared for from one that just looks maintained. A clean edge tells the eye exactly where to go. The dark mulch creates contrast that makes the greenery and blooms read as intentional, not accidental. That's the difference between a yard that gets a glance and one that gets a compliment.

We do this kind of work all over the noblesville area, and every time it's the same story - a few hours of focused work and the whole front of the house looks like a different property. If your beds are looking a little rough heading into the season, this is exactly the kind of refresh that makes the rest of the year feel easy.
