This one was overdue. The front beds were packed with overgrown weeds, tangled plants, and old gravel that had long since lost any structure. It's the kind of situation where the beds aren't doing anything for the house - they're just adding noise to the front yard.
We cleared everything out first. That meant pulling weeds, removing unwanted growth, and hauling it all off so we were starting with a clean slate. Once the beds were cleared down to bare soil, we could actually see what we were working with and plan the layout properly.
From there, we reset the stone edging to create a defined border around the beds, laid fresh dark mulch throughout, and installed new plantings sized and spaced to fill in nicely without overcrowding. The natural stone border ties the whole thing together - it gives the bed a finished edge that holds its shape over time.
The difference between overgrown and polished really comes down to the details. Clean bed lines, the right plants in the right spots, and fresh mulch that sets everything off. It's not complicated work, but it has to be done right or it shows.
That's what our cleanup and plant installation service is built around - getting the beds back to zero and building them back up the way they should look. A well-kept front yard says a lot about a home, and this Noblesville property is a good example of what's possible when you start fresh.
